You should get ready an application of contract deposit, for which are necessary the following elements:

* Name and home of the parts; licentiate and licensee.

* A simple copy of the deposit form of the work that is going to be licensed, where is going to be set the information about the work, the licentiate and the licensee. 

* A copy legalized by Argentine Consulate in the country of origin or by Apostille (The Hague Convention) of the contract taken place among the parts. 

* Power of attorney form (see power), legalized as the copy of the contract.
