Annual tax of maintenance for the (20) twenty years of the lenght of time of
the patent law.
|
Requirements:
a) Dates of the patent: concession number, title and owner of the same.
b) Form of power of attorney (see power) legalized by the Argentine consulate in the originary country, or by Apostille (The Hague Convention).
c) The amount corresponding to the annuity payment according to the year that is, (see in Tariff detail of the amounts).
