The request of a transfer of a Patent or Utility Model
|
You should get ready an application for which are necessary the following elements:
a) Original certificate of the patent or utility model that is going to be transfered.
b) Name and address of the new owner.
c) The power of attorney of the new owner (see power), legalized by the Argentine consulate in the originary country, or by Apostille (La Haya Convention).
d) Sale or transfered contract of the patent, as legalized as the power
