The request of transfer of a requested or registered trademark

You should get ready a transfer application, for trademark and for class to be transferd, for which are necessary the following elements:

a) The original of the trademark title that is going to be transfered.

b) Name and address of the new owner.

c) Power of attorney (see power) of the new owner, legalized by Argentine consulate in country
of origin, or by Apostille (The Hague Convention).

d) Sale or transfered contract of the trademark, as legalized as the power.
