You should get ready an application for registration, for trademark and for class to be protected (see classification), for which are necessary the following elements:
a) Name and/or logo of the trademark.
b) Products and/or services that it will distinguish.
c) Name and address of the applicant.
d) Form of power of attorney (see power), legalized by the Argentine consulate in the country of origin, or by Apostille (The Hague Convention).
e) If priority is claimed, certified a copy according to the agreement of Paris, granted by the originary trademark office.
