b) Indication of the products and/or services for those that the trademark
was used in the 5 previous years of its expire.
c) Nombre y domicilio del solicitante.
d) Form of power of attorney (see power), legalized by the Argentine consulate in the country
of origin, or by Apostille (The Hague Convention).
